Internship program with the Institute of Technical Education

BAS engaged in an internship program with the Institute of Technical Education (ITE). The duration of 10 weeks enables mutualism between both BAS and the intern.
This program presents us with an opportunity to impart technical and industrial knowledge of Lithium-ion solutions to the intern. He has benefited from hands-on practice in assembling the battery, testing, and commencing the solution.
We have learned how the younger generation feels about working in SMEs and how to engage them.
Overall, a good experience for both parties.
